Internal Multi-protocol RF
The TX16s internal RF systems features the CC2500, NRF24L01, A7105 and CYRF6936 RF Chip modules all integrated on one board. This module most of today's prominent RF protocols. The RadioMaster internal RF module will support firmware updates directly from the radio Operating system.
External Module Bay
The TX16S natively supports Team Black Sheep MicroTX modules in CRSFmode with LUA scripts. Best of all the TX16S Internal 4-in-1 Multi-protocol module allows you to keep the MicroTX installed and switch beetween internal RF and Crossfire via software, no more module swapping.
First big boy radio. Great controls, works well with my drones. The fit and finish with multiple protocols is what you want. I added cross fire which makes it just that much better. Comes with a box to store it in. Only thing I wish, that it came with a lanyard, petty I know but I did say "wish"

I returned to the hobby I had started in my teenage years after 40 or so years. I needed a radio system that would carry me into the future. Perhaps this sounds dramatic, but this is not my intention. I've had my Futaba T6VAs (two systems) for so long that I cannot remember where I purchased them. The next system had big shoes to fill and had to be built to last with an open architecture with maximum flexibility. After much research, the Radiomaster TX16S fit my specifications, and DroneCosmo seemed to be the vendor to handle the purchase and shipping logistics.
I wasn't disappointed. Having reviewed extensive and detailed user's manual and reviews prior to purchase I was confident that all my radio control models could migrate to this system. This includes fixed-wing, sail, and my new collective pitch helicopter venture. As an aside, having written plenty of computer programming code, I am pleasantly confident in the flexibility of the OpenTx/EdgeTx operating system architecture to accommodate any feature that I might imagine having a future need (if not already present).
A note concerning DroneCosmo and proprietor "Sam", we're all familiar with how this global pandemic has affected our economy and lives. Having placed my order and with almost two weeks passed since I submitted my order, I contacted Sam with my concern - that my order had disappeared within the USPS shipping system. Within 24 hours, Sam had determined the cause and took action to address it. Because of this quality follow-through, I'm quite impressed with DroneCosmo's communication and customer service dedication. I'll not hesitate to return to their online storefront to fulfill my future RC needs.
I'll happily look forward to many continued years of enjoyment in my RC hobby. I know that Sam and DroneCosmo will "have my back" in diligent support and guidance.

I ordered a spedix rex 80mm drone from buddy RC(terrible customer service and help from these guys) and didn't realize it didn't come with a battery, receiver, or the transmitter. I refused to go back to buddy rc and came across your guys website, and let me say delivery time was fast and customer service was excellent. Now if I could only get help on how to solder all the pieces together.
